 The SOB Foundation is organized as a 501(c)(3) "non-profit" unincorporated association.  As such, we ask that you join us now in our mission to introduce the Legitimate Child Act to each of the States' legislatures.   Your support will help us educate the lawmakers that the innocent child would ask to be born legitimate and the One Minute Marriage* provides his/her pregnant parents the means to legitimize their child while protecting his or her birthright.  

 SOB is presently offering Charter Memberships to promote and sustain our work for the benefit of all those people born out-of-wedlock.  Since the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has determined that our Foundation is tax-exempt, your gift is tax-deductible as a charitable donation.  Accordingly, up to $100,000 per year of your IRA may be donated to SOB without income tax consequences.  (If you have any questions, please ask us for a copy of the IRS "Letter of Determination" and/or see your tax advisor.)  When requested, membership and/or donor names are kept anonymous.  EIN:  20-1779395
